The 16th Avenue Tiled Steps project has been a neighborhood effort to create a beautiful mosaic running up the risers of the 163 steps located at 16th and Moraga in San Francisco. I want steps like these someday!

I have thinking about doing some crewel work- particularly like the Jacobean style - but I thought this book might be a nice place to start. I want to stitch a cover to bind a book.

Available at hardware stores, this has so much potential. I have wanted to make some concrete planters for a couple yours. Perhaps this is the way to go.
